SNOW AND ICE: During inclement weather, it may be necessary to cancel special events, church services on Sunday, and/or special services on Saturday because of St. Timothy’s location on two “snow emergency routes.” Consequently, when the Mayor of the District of Columbia declares a snow emergency, cars are prohibited from parking on Alabama Avenue and on Suitland Road. Therefore, when this occurs, parking is not available for parishioners, and church services will be cancelled. Please listen to the local news programs for snow emergency information or check our web site concerning the District of Columbia.
