Lay ministry is very inclusive to St. Timothy's services. Licensed Lay Eucharistic Ministers and Lay Eucharist Visiting Ministers assist and serve the rector during services as lectors and chalice bearers. In addition to assisting with administering communion at the altar, lay leaders also assist the rector by visiting and administering communion to the sick and shut in.

Eucharistic Ministers are licensed by the bishop according to the canons of the church and act under the Bishop's authority through the office of the Rector, Victor, or Priest-In-Charge of the local congregation.
