Rev. Todd Thomas

Reverend Todd holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Theology and Missions from Abilene Christian University. He was ordained and served as a church-planter, youth pastor and senior pastor outside the Episcopal Church from 1997 to 2015 before joining the Episcopal Church and being ordained a Priest in 2019.

Reverend Todd served the Diocese of Washington as the Missioner for Parish Revitalization and Young Adults from 2019 through 2021. His work included the development of the our Seven Vital Signs of Parish Health and he was involved in the development of the Tending Our Soil initiative for the Diocese.

His prior secular work experience includes manager and customer relations representative for Apple, and substitute teaching.

A native Texan, Rev. Todd and his family relocated to the DC Metro area where they successfully restarted a church in Bethesda, Maryland, which continues to function today. He and his wife have three adult sons.
